Either Lori Lyn's Stories for the Heart or you may terminate your account. If We terminate your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to terminate without providing explanations. 

If we terminate your account, any current or pending orders or payments on your account will be cancelled and provision of services will not commence.

Every effort has been made to ensure that all general descriptions of services available from Lori Lyn's Stories for the Heart correspond to the actual services that will be provided to you, We are not responsible for any variations from these descriptions as the exact nature of the services may vary depending on your individual needs and circumstances. 

We do not guarantee that such services will be available at all times and cannot necessarily confirm availability until your order has been confirmed. Availability may not be displayed on the Website.

All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time when you visit the Website. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order has been placed for services and when we process that order and payment, the price that was valid at the time that the order was placed shall be used. 

No part of this Website constitutes a contractual offer. Only once we have sent you an order confirmation email will there be an agreement between Lori Lyn's Stories for the Heart and you for the course(s) that you have purchased.

If for any reason, we do not accept your order, no payment shall be intentionally taken under normal circumstances. If a sum is paid by you in relation to that order, it will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

Payment for the services requested shall be taken via credit card or debit card. You are solely responsible to assure that the funds being paid for services come from your own funds rather than from someone else's. Lori Lyn's Stories For The Heart will not be held responsible in the event that someone else pays on your behalf. 

Lori Lyn's Stories For The Heart shall make reasonable efforts to provide the services with reasonable skill and care, commensurate with best trade practice.

In the event that services provided are not in accordance with your order and are thus incorrect, please contact us immediately to inform us of the mistake. We will work with you to ensure that any necessary corrections are made as soon as possible.

Lori Lyn's Stories for the Heart provides technical support via email. We will make every effort possible to respond in a timely manner; however, we cannot guarantee a particular response time.

In order to qualify to receive a refund for a course that you have purchased, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. You are the one who purchased the course.

AND

2. You have requested a refund within 30 days of purchasing the course. 

AND

3. You have played either all or part of no more than TWO videos in the course that you purchased. (*Please note: If you have played all or part of any more than TWO videos in the course, a refund will NOT be awarded.)

Meeting ALL of these criteria qualifies you for a refund for the price of the course, minus a $10 service & handling fee.

*PLEASE NOTE:  Each COURSE BUNDLE  will be treated as if they are only one course; meaning that if any more than TWO VIDEOS (in total or in part) WITHIN A BUNDLE have been played, then the refund window will be considered as being expired for the entire bundle and you will NOT receive a refund of any kind.

*ALSO PLEASE NOTE: If you do qualify for a refund for a bundle, it will only be refunded TOGETHER. (For example, if you bought a 4-video bundle and request a qualifying refund, you cannot be refunded for only one or two of the videos because the bundle that you bought will be treated as a single package. Therefore, a refund for a bundle will be refunded together (minus a $10 service & handling fee.))
